Directions from all concourses:

·        International flights land on concourse “E” — coming through customs can take a long time (perhaps up to an hour from arrival time).

 

·        American Airlines lands on Concourse “T” and has its own baggage claim area.

 

·        Follow the signs to “baggage claim.”  You will take the escalator down to the train - the train to the “baggage claim” stop - and the escalator up.

Exception:  “T” gate arrivals cannot access the train.

 

·        Exiting the escalator turn right toward North Baggage Claim.  Across from National Car Rental you will find Business Traveler Services (BTS).

 

·        Your driver and/or our counter attendant will meet you at Business Traveler Services.  BTS (a division of Evergreen Transportation) is staffed from 8:00 AM until 9:00 PM Mon-Fri and 8:00 AM until 6:00 PM Sat-Sun and provides a private assembly area, telephones, data ports, etc when waiting for other group members. Before and after hours, your driver will still greet you at BTS.

 

·        Do not go outside!  Do not go to “Information & Ground Transportation”!

 

·        Check in at BTS (even after hours) before claiming luggage.  If you have a problem, if your flight is cancelled or late please call Business Traveler Services (404) 768-4100 or the Evergreen operator at (770) 879-9900 for assistance.

 

Departure Information

Evergreen Transportation recommends that guests plan on departing for the airport approximately 2 ½ - 3 hours prior to flight time (scheduling done by Evergreen Transportation.)  Please call the Evergreen Transportation at 770/897-9900 if there are any changes in your scheduled departure time.

 

Rate

Round trip rates are $80 per person (does not include driver gratuity.) Refer to “ADSA” when contacting the transportation company to get this preferred rate. Evergreen Transportation and Stone Mountain Inn are both Marriott-owned. Thus, for your convenience, transportation charges will be billed directly to your hotel room.

 

 

Reservations are requested 48 hours in advance.

Cancellations require at least 24 hours notice.
