To be eligible for a refund of conference registration fees, requests must be postmarked on or before these cancellation dates:
60 days prior to the conference 90% registration refund
30 days prior to the conference: 50% registration refund
Within 30 days of the conference: No refund
- These cancellation dates apply only to the meeting registration fees. Please consult the housing information for the hotel credit card charging, early departure and cancellation policy.
- All approved refunds will be issued after the DISCOVER Conference.
