Because
conference registration is limited, you are encouraged to register for the
conference before securing a hotel
room. Hotel space does not ensure meeting registration space.
All participants are responsible for making
their own lodging reservations. The
conference will be held at the Abe Martin Lodge in Nashville, Indiana.

After
August 21, reservations will be accepted on a rate and availability basis only.
All reservations must be accompanied by advance deposit (the cost of one
night's lodging.) Four days notice of cancellation prior to date of arrival is
necessary for refund (fifth day before arrival.) This deposit is subject to
forfeiture if the reservation is not fulfilled or utilized for the entire
period of the reservation. You may cancel your reservation by calling Abe
Martin Lodge. Please obtain your cancellation number.
There
are no "single" or "additional person" rates (rates apply
to room size regardless of the number of people) unless cots or cribs are
required. All lodge rooms have 2 double beds. The family cabins sleep 8 people.
The motel-type cabin rooms have (1 double bed) or (1 double and 1 single bed)
or (2 double beds).

time: 4:00 P.M.
Check-out
time: 12 Noon
To
stay at the lodge, you must pay one gate admission into the park. Your key is
your pass back into the park after you have registered. Gate fee into the park
is $5.00 (out of state) and $3.00 (in state) per vehicle.
