CANCELLATION POLICY

To be eligible for a refund of conference registration fees, requests must be received in writing before these cancellation dates:

30 days prior to the conference: 90% registration refund

Within 30 days of the conference: No refund

- These cancellation dates apply only to the meeting registration fees. Consult the housing information for the hotel cancellation policy.

- All approved refunds will be issued after the DISCOVER Conference.
