The historic Plains Hotel is located in downtown Cheyenne, about 10 minutes from Cheyenne Airport and 90 minutes from Denver International Airport and is easily accessible by both I-25 and I-80.

Shuttle Service between the Denver Airport and the Plains Hotel in Cheyenne, WY is available through Colorado Express Airport Shuttle by calling 303/591-6122. RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED and should be made a minimum of 48 hours in advance. Identify yourself as a DISCOVER Conference participant and have your flight arrival and departure information available to you when you call. Discounted DISCOVER Conference rates are $75 one way for one person, $35 each for two, $30 each for three or more.  

If you are interested in a cheaper shared ride, indicate as such when making your reservation. The service will attempt to make arrangements with other conference participants having similar arrival and departure times.

Due to security measures at DIA, attendees need to follow the signs from the baggage claim level 5 to the East Side Door 505 Island # 3. Look for your transportation service provider Colorado Express Airport Shuttle on island # 3. Confirmation number for conference attendees is ADSA 3281.

Note: If you plan to drive, please note that the hotel, because of its historic nature, does not have its own parking lot. However, parking is available at a nearby garage. The hotel provides convenient shuttle service to and from the garage.
