WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
This Discover Conference is designed to address the key questions facing consumers, dairy producers, dairy processors, regulatory agencies, dairy marketing organizations, and food industry executives about how science and technology will impact milk and milk components in the next decade. Those with an interest in the needs of end-users; the current trends, practices and developments; the pre- and post-harvest science and technology needed; and the effective technology transfers to be implemented and/or continued should be a part of the in-depth discussions that will take place.
This includes scientists involved with dairy cattle nutrition, suppliers of feeds and animal health products, and producers or feeders, as well as scientists working with milk composition, consultants for the dairy industry, companies involved in processing milk and dairy products, suppliers of milk products and regulators for the dairy industry.
All registrants will be encouraged to share in the discussion of the key topics. Registrants are invited to provide the conference chair with a brief statement of their current relevant research and to come prepared with a few transparencies to enhance interchange during the discussion periods.
