We are now accepting hotel reservations for 2021. The ADSA and Louisville housing partnership is in place to maximize savings and room availability for exhibitors, attendees and to provide for accurate hotel counts for ADSA. Please utilize the processes suggested below for making hotel reservations.
Room Block Requests
Room blocks are defined as groups that need more than 10 rooms. Any room requests for more than 10 rooms will need to complete our online block request form by clicking here to identify hotel options and set up a block of rooms. You should anticipate receiving a response within 48 business hours.

Cancellation Policy
Any reservation cancelled on or after July 1, 2021 will be charged first night's room and tax by the hotel.
