The meeting will be hosted at the Shaw Centre, and the city of Ottawa will be lit up with ADSA spirit.

Shaw Centre’s hanging lights and woodwall will be illuminated in ADSA blue throughout the event, as will the city’s landmark Ottawa sign in the ByWard Market on June 25 as our meeting gets underway.

Schedule of Events and Scientific Program

Pre-conference symposia and workshops are scheduled for Sunday, June 25; scientific sessions will begin Monday morning, June 26, and run through 5:30 pm on Wednesday, June 28.

As well as great scientific programming, we have an outstanding line-up of networking events where you can reconnect with friends and colleagues and catch up after a long three years!

Scientific Program Format for 2023

  • Poster sessions (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday) 7:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
  • Morning scientific sessions 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
  • Lunch break 12:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
  • Afternoon scientific sessions (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday) 2:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
  • Afternoon ice cream break in the exhibit hall (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday) 3:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Meeting rooms will be equipped for electronic presentations and preloaded sessions.

Registration Hours

Registration for the ADSA Annual Meeting will be located in the Rideau Canal Atrium (RCC), Level 2 of the Shaw Centre. Registration hours are as follows:

  • Saturday, June 24, 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Sunday, June 25, 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
  • Monday, June 26, 6:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
  • Tuesday, June 27, 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday, June 28, 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
