Andre Mazzetto receives Journal of Dairy Science® Highly Cited Award

Champaign, IL (May 12, 2025)—The American Dairy Science Association® (ADSA®) is pleased to announce Andre Mazzetto as a 2025 recipient of the Journal of Dairy Science (JDS®) Highly Cited Award. The award will be presented on Sunday, June 22, 2025, during the opening session at the ADSA Annual Meeting in Louisville, Kentucky.

The number of citations a published study receives provides an excellent indication of its importance to its research community. The JDS Highly Cited Award program has been established by ADSA to formally recognize contributors to JDS whose work significantly affects research and the dairy industry.

The JDS Highly Cited Award was awarded to Andre Mazzetto and coauthors for their paper titled “Mapping the carbon footprint of milk production from cattle: A systematic review,” which was published in the December 2022 issue of the Journal of Dairy Science.

It is with great pleasure that ADSA presents Andre Mazzetto with the 2025 JDS Highly Cited Award.
