Journal of Dairy ScienceĀ® to Become Open Access, January 2022

The American Dairy Science Association® is delighted to announce that Journal of Dairy Science® (JDS) will become a gold Open Access (OA) journal with the January 2022 issue as it continues its contract with Elsevier Inc. This change is very beneficial to authors because OA provides readers free and immediate access to scientific research and enables our authors greater opportunity to disseminate their work to the benefit of the academic community and the dairy industry. This document is designed to answer author questions regarding upcoming changes to the publication of JDS.
