Before submission You must wait until notification of acceptance. Material submitted to the Journal of Dairy Science should not be submitted for publication to popular magazines, company advertisements, or organizational proceedings until you have received notification of acceptance of the manuscript.
At submission You may post online an abstract of your article that is under review with the Journal of Dairy Science.
At acceptance You may post the accepted manuscript (author version before typesetting and copyediting) on your personal website after notification of acceptance for publication.
At a conference You may always present your research at conferences and in posters.
For classroom teaching purposes You may use your final published article for your own classroom teaching and internal training at your institution (including use in course packs and courseware).
For grant applications You may include your final published article for grant funding purposes.
With my colleagues A ShareLink will be sent to the corresponding author at publication in an issue. You are encouraged to share your article by forwarding the link to colleagues.
On my personal blog or website We recommend that you list all your publications and link back to the final version through a DOI to facilitate citations. In addition, you may also post the accepted manuscript (author version before typesetting and copyediting) on your non-commercial personal website or blog.
On social media, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter A ShareLink will be sent to the corresponding author at publication in an issue. You are encouraged to post the ShareLink to social media.
