Presentation Upload

Oral Presentation Upload (required):

All oral presentations must be uploaded in advance—either online or in the preload room on-site (Convention Center Room 234). No presentations will be loaded while the session is in progress, between presentations, or during breaks. Files will not be accepted by email.

The deadline for uploading oral presentations online is 11:59 PM CDT Wednesday, June 19, 2019.  If you do not upload your presentation online by the deadline, then you must upload your oral presentation in room 234 at the convention center by 5:00 pm on the day before your scheduled oral presentation; no exceptions will be made.

Each oral session room will be equipped with a laptop computer configured with Microsoft Windows; Microsoft PowerPoint; an LCD projector; and standard audio equipment (podium and lavaliere microphones.) The use of personal laptop computers for presentations in the session rooms is not permitted.

Poster Upload (optional):

Make your poster available to all attendees at any time by uploading your poster to the ADSA 2019 meeting app. Poster PDFs may be uploaded online before, during, and up to 60 days after the meeting.  Posters cannot be uploaded in the preload room on-site.  Posters will become available to view through the app starting the afternoon of Saturday, June 22.  Upload your poster before June 22 to cultivate maximum interest in your work and encourage attendees to attend your presentation in Cincinnati.

If you choose to upload your poster, be sure to note that:

  • Uploading your poster is optional—you must still print and hang your poster and present it on your designated day (Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday) in the exhibit hall.
  • Uploaded posters will be available to all app users and can be shared without restriction.
  • We recommend that you do not upload your poster if it contains proprietary or confidential information.
  • There will be a delay after posters are uploaded before they appear in the app.
