Presentation Upload

Prerecorded Presentation Upload:

All presentations must be recorded and uploaded in advance to the ADSA 2022 meeting app.  Presenters were sent an email from alerts@ativsoftware.com on June 3 with instructions for uploading their prerecorded presentation.

Registration is required before you can upload content. Online registration is now open.

Prerecording upload deadline: Sunday, June 12

Oral presenters will be allowed 12 minutes, and poster presenters will be allowed 6 minutes for presentation.

As a presenter, you have many ways to record a presentation on your computer and then save an mp4 video file for upload. Please refer to this link for suggestions on creating your presentation video file.

Video presentations have a file size limitation of 200 MB. Refer to this link for suggestions on reducing your video file size to meet the acceptable limit.

Poster Upload:

Make your poster available to all attendees at any time by uploading your poster to the ADSA 2022 meeting app.  Presenters were sent an email from alerts@ativsoftware.com on June 3 with instructions for uploading their poster PDF.  Poster PDFs may be uploaded online by Sunday, June 12. Posters cannot be uploaded in the preload room on site. Posters will become available to view through the app starting Monday, June 13.

When uploading your poster, be sure to note that:

  • If you selected “in-person” presentation, you must still print and hang your poster and present it on your designated day (Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday) in the exhibit hall.
  • Uploaded posters will be available to all app users and can be shared without restriction.
  • We recommend that proprietary or confidential material not be added to any material being uploaded.
  • There will be a delay after posters are uploaded before they appear in the app.

Additional poster presentation instructions are available online.

Oral Presentation Slides Upload:

All in-person oral and symposium PowerPoint presentations must be uploaded in advance, either online or in the preload room on site (Convention Center Room 2206). No presentations will be loaded while the session is in progress, between presentations, or during breaks. Files will not be accepted by email.

The deadline for uploading oral presentations online is 11:59 p.m. CDT Tuesday, June 14, 2022.  If you do not upload your presentation online by the deadline, then you must upload your oral presentation in room 2206 at the convention center by 5:00 p.m. on the day before your scheduled oral presentation; no exceptions will be made.

Each oral session room will be equipped with a laptop computer configured with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft PowerPoint, an LCD projector, and standard audio equipment (podium and lavaliere microphones.)
