Schedule of Events and Scientific Program

Preconference symposia and workshops are scheduled for Sunday, June 16; scientific sessions will begin Monday morning, June 17, and run through 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 19. Review the final program here. 

In addition to great scientific programming, we have an outstanding lineup of networking events where you can reconnect with friends and colleagues!

Coffee and pastries will be served in the hall from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. during the morning sessions. Ice cream novelties and a cash bar will be available for the afternoon poster sessions.

Scientific Program Format for 2024

  • Poster sessions
    Monday and Tuesday: 7:30 a.m.–9:15 a.m. | 5:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m.
    Wednesday: 7:30 a.m.–9:15 a.m.
  • Morning scientific sessions: 9:15 a.m.–12:15 p.m.
  • Lunch breaks: 12:15 p.m.–1:30 p.m.
  • Afternoon scientific sessions
    Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday: 1:30 p.m.–4:30 p.m.
  • Afternoon ice cream breaks in the exhibit hall
    Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday: 4:30 p.m.–6:00 p.m.

Meeting rooms will be equipped for electronic presentations and preloaded sessions.

What's New in 2024

  • We have dedicated five poster sessions throughout the meeting including new afternoon slots: 
    • Monday and Tuesday: 7:30 a.m.-9:15 a.m. | 5:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m.
    • Wednesday: 7:30 a.m.-9:15 a.m.
  • Regardless of session time, posters will remain displayed in the Exhibit Hall throughout their assigned day.
  • Posters will be assigned letter-number axis coordinates (e.g., A4, B7, H12) in the Exhibit Hall to make them easier to locate and give poster presenters additional space. Location assignments—and poster abstracts—will be listed in the meeting app (along with the ability to see a drop pin to the exhibit floor map). 
  • A select group of posters are featured in our new 3-minute spotlight presentations during select oral sessions and are designated and searchable by “SPOT” additions to their abstracts in the meeting app. 
     

Registration Hours

Registration for the ADSA Annual Meeting will be located in the main hall of the Palm Beach County Convention Center. Registration hours are as follows:

  • Saturday, June 15: 3:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m.
  • Sunday, June 16: 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
  • Monday, June 17: 6:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
  • Tuesday, June 18: 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday, June 19: 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.

ADSA will have shuttles from all of the hotels in our block to the convention center.  The shuttles will run

  • Sunday, June 16: 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
  • Monday, June 17: 6:30 a.m.–8:30 a.m. | 4:30 p.m.–6:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, June 18, 6:30 a.m.–8:30 a.m. | 4:30 p.m.–6:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, June 19, 6:30 a.m.–8:30 a.m. | 4:30 p.m.–6:00 p.m.
