What to Know Before You Go

ADSA can’t wait to welcome you to Louisville! To help you prepare, we’ve put together a quick reference guide to ensure you have a successful event.

Schedule of Events and Scientific Program

#ADSA2025 will be held in conjunction with the 2025 Interbull Annual Meeting.  The standalone 2025 Interbull business meetings, open meetings, joint sessions, poster sessions, and dinner will occur during #ADSA2025 and be held Saturday, June 21, through Monday, June 23.

ADSA-Interbull sessions will be offered on Monday, June 23, and Tuesday, June 24, 2025. 

Preconference symposia and workshops are scheduled for Sunday, June 22; scientific sessions will begin Monday morning (June 23), and run through 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 25. 

Coffee and pastries will be served in the hall from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. during the morning sessions. Ice cream and a cash bar will be available in the afternoons.

  • First-Time Attendees’ Reception: Sunday, June 22, 2025 | 5:00 p.m.–5:45 p.m.
  • Opening Session and Reception: Sunday, June 22, 2025 | 6:00 p.m.–8:30 p.m.
  • ADSA Awards Program: Tuesday, June 24, 2025 | 7:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m.
  • Ice Cream Social: Tuesday, June 24, 2025 | 8:00 p.m.–9:30 p.m.
  • Closing Party: Wednesday, June 25, 2025 | 6:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m. Requires a $30 ticket fee

Scientific Program Format for 2025

  • Poster sessions
    • Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday: 7:30 a.m.–9:00 a.m.
  • Morning scientific sessions 
    • Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday: 9:00 a.m.–12:15 p.m.
  • Lunch breaks: 12:00 p.m.–1:30 p.m.
  • Afternoon scientific sessions
    • Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday: 1:30 p.m.–4:00 p.m.
  • Afternoon ice cream breaks in the exhibit hall
    • Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday: 4:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m.

Meeting rooms will be equipped for electronic presentations and preloaded sessions.

Registration Hours

Registration for the ADSA Annual Meeting will be located at South Hall B in the upper concourse of the Kentucky International Convention Center. Registration hours are as follows:

  • Sunday, June 22: 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
  • Monday, June 23: 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, June 24: 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, June 25: 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

  4. Enjoy Fourth Street Live!
    Fourth Street Live! is your one-stop destination for dining and entertainment. Just minutes from the #ADSA2025 hotels, this is a great spot for groups and has live music nightly.
  5. Stroll Waterfront Park
    Waterfront Park is a peaceful oasis in the heart of the city that hosts exciting celebrations and has plenty of space to take a walk, ride a bike, do some yoga, or enjoy a breathtaking view of the city from the Big Four Bridge.
