DOWNLOAD THE PROGRAM—ONLINE OR VIA OUR APP

Access the complete meeting program online or via our app to browse sessions, build your schedule, take notes, network, and more.

Download the mobile app in the Apple App Store or on Google Play, or use the web platform.

You can also download and launch the EventPilot conference app, then search for “ADSA2025.” If you previously used this app for a different conference, click “More” from the home screen, choose “Find Event,” and then enter “ADSA2025.” Having trouble accessing the app? Let us know!

Maps and NAVIGATING THE MEETING

We will have two convenient places to access maps: a printed program-at-a-glance you can pick up at registration, and interactive maps in the #ADSA2025 app.

In the app (either the web browser version or your device), you can click on the room of any session you want to attend, and the app will drop a pin on the conference map to show your destination.

Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available for all attendees in the lobbies and prefunction areas of the Kentucky International Convention Center.

Please note: You will be able to browse the #ADSA2025 app without continuous internet access.

The convention center offers a “buy on the fly” option for attendees who wish to purchase Wi-Fi access throughout the convention center.

To sign up,

  1. tap on “instant internet” through your device’s Wi-Fi network list;
  2. mark yourself as an attendee or exhibitor on the landing page, and click “continue to Wi-Fi”;
  3. select a Wi-Fi plan (one, three, or five days);
  4. proceed to payment, and access your Wi-Fi connection.

Access THE SCIENTIFIC PROGRAM

Once registered for the meeting, you will use your ADSA username and password to access the meeting’s digital program through the #ADSA2025 app. If you have forgotten your username or password, visit adsa.org/forgot to look up or reset your credentials.

After logging in, you will be at the meeting home page—your “information station” during the Annual Meeting.

Navigate the Schedule and Meeting Content

The top blue buttons on the homepage help you navigate to the event programming, including special events, symposia and workshops, orals, posters, student events, social events, and Interbull events.

The yellow buttons allow you to navigate by section (or content topics), abstract, or presenter—including curated itineraries if you need inspiration for what to attend.

FILTER Meeting Content

Once you’ve clicked into the content, select the “filter” option in the top right corner of each page to filter further by group (programming with partner organizations and ADSA divisions), day, scientific section, presentation or event format, and admittance (ticketed or invitation-only events).
