Draft Schedule of Events and Scientific Program

#ADSA2027 will be held June 27–30, 2027 (Sunday through Wednesday).

Preconference symposia and workshops are scheduled for Sunday, June 27; scientific sessions will begin Monday morning (June 28), and run through 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 30.

Networking Events for 2027

  • First-Time Attendees’ Reception: Sunday, June 27 | 5:00 p.m.–5:45 p.m.
  • Opening Session and Reception: Sunday, June 27 | 6:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m.
  • ADSA Awards Program: Tuesday, June 29 | 7:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m.
  • Chill & Cheers: Ice Cream Social: Tuesday, June 29 | 8:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m.

Scientific Program Format for 2027

  • Poster sessions
    • Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday: 7:00 a.m.–9:00 a.m.
  • Morning scientific sessions: 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
  • Lunch breaks: 12:00 p.m.–1:30 p.m.
  • Afternoon scientific sessions
    • Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday: 1:30 p.m.–4:00 p.m.
  • Afternoon ice cream breaks in the exhibit hall
    • Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday: 4:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m.
