EXHIBITS

The ADSA exhibit hall was transformed in 2026 to maximize company exposure and enhance the attendee experience. Booths are arranged in a circular layout for excellent visibility of each space. Attendees flock to the exhibit hall for the morning poster session and snacks, afternoon ice cream breaks, ADSA Theatre programming, and amenities such as charging and coffee stations.

In addition to booth space in the expanded exhibit hall, all exhibitors receive two full meeting registrations for access to cutting-edge scientific programming.

Booth setup is on Sunday, June 27. Booth hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Monday, June 28, and Tuesday, June 29.

BOOTH RATES AND SPECIFICATIONS

Each 10′ x 10′ booth space includes standard 8′ backdrop drapes with 3′ dividers, basic booth furniture (table, two chairs, and a wastebasket), and two full meeting registrations. Carpet and IT support are not included.

The interactive exhibit floor plan guides booth selection, invoice generation, and online payment. Select one 10′ × ′10 booth, or two adjacent booths for a 10ʹ × 20ʹ space. The #ADSA2027 call for abstract submissions is open until February 9, 2027! Review the instructions and share your scientific work with a global audience of dairy scientists. 

Students: Consider entering the undergraduate or graduate student competitions as you submit your abstracts! 

Registration rates for #ADSA2027 are now posted, the hotel block is already open to ADSA members, and our travel information can help you plan your trip to Raleigh. 

International speakers and attendees: Visa processing can take months. Review our guidance on applying for travel authorization. 

Need an invitation letter to facilitate your visa application? An invitation letter request form is available here for registered attendees, and here for accepted abstract presenters, and you can reach out to request a letter from us directly as well. 

Current ADSA members will be able to save on #ADSA2027 registration fees, making your membership ENTIRELY FREE! Be sure to join or renew for 2027 to save.

We will have a meeting app! You’ll be able to download the #ADSA2027 program online, via the ADSA app, or as a downloaded PDF.
