Preconference symposia and workshops are scheduled for Sunday, June 27; scientific sessions will begin on Monday morning (June 28) and run through 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 30.

Scientific Program Format for 2027

  • Poster sessions
    • Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday: 7:00 a.m.–9:00 a.m.
  • Morning scientific sessions: 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
  • Lunch breaks: 12:00 p.m.–1:30 p.m.
  • Afternoon scientific sessions
    • Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday: 1:30 p.m.–4:00 p.m.
  • Afternoon ice cream breaks
    • Monday and Tuesday: 4:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m.
    • Wednesday: 3:30 p.m.–4:30 p.m.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To be eligible for a refund of meeting registration fees, requests must be received in writing. If the request is received on or before June 1, 2027, the registrant will receive a 90% refund. If the request is received after June 1, 2027, NO REFUND will be issued.

The cancellation/refund request deadline applies only to meeting registration fees. No refunds will be issued for ticketed events that are not canceled by ADSA. Ticketed events may be canceled by ADSA if minimum attendance requirements are not met. Should ADSA cancel a ticketed event, refunds will be issued for canceled ticketed events.

All approved refunds will be issued after the meeting in the form in which payment was made.

Students: Consider entering the undergraduate or graduate student competitions as you submit your abstracts!

International speakers and attendees: Visa processing can take months. Review our guidance on applying for travel authorization.
