A complimentary shuttle service will be available from the conference center to local hotels for #ADSA2024 attendees.

Acknowledgments: Acknowledgments will be sent via email after each reservation booking. Review the acknowledgment carefully for accuracy. Please contact your hotel directly if you do not receive an acknowledgment within three days of any transaction.

Modifications or Cancellations: Please review reservations carefully. A reservation must be guaranteed with a valid credit card number, and cancellation penalties may apply. Please contact Delmay and Partners at 866-848-5509 or reservations@delmayandpartners.com if a change or cancellation is needed.

Multiple Rooms: For reservations of more than 10 rooms, please request the sub-block agreement from Cara Tharp.
