KEY DEADLINES

Maximize your #ADSA2026.

#ADSA2026 t-shirts will be available to add to your registration as you check out! Show your ADSA pride and add the $15 t-shirt to your selections, along with your size preferences (small, medium, large, and extra large are available).

All events are in the Baird Center unless otherwise noted. Undergraduate Student Division events will also be listed in the #ADSA2026 app and program.

Saturday, June 20

12:00 p.m.–4:30 p.m. USD tour of Farm Stapels: Depart from USD hotel lobby. $30 ticket.
Buses will depart from the SpringHill Suites. Ticket price includes the tour and round-trip transportation. Undergraduate students and their club advisors are given the first opportunity to register; the tour will be offered to others if space remains.

6:00 p.m. USD informal mixer: Undergrad dine-around for schools arriving early. Depart from USD hotel lobby

9:30 a.m.–10:15 a.m. USD First Business Meeting, USD election nominations, and competition check-in (all USD contest participants must be present)

6:30 a.m.–7:00 a.m. Hanging of USD posters in the exhibit hall
7:15 a.m.–8:00 a.m. Turn in yearbooks, scrapbooks, and annual reports at the USD booth
7:30 a.m.–9:30 a.m. Undergraduate poster presentation competition
8:15 a.m.–9:45 a.m. Judging of yearbooks, scrapbooks, and annual reports in USD booth
9:30 a.m.–12:15 p.m. Undergraduate oral competition
12:45 p.m.–2:15 p.m. Undergraduate Student Career Roundtable Luncheon. $10 ticket
A program favorite, the Career Roundtable Luncheon gives undergraduate students the opportunity to dine and network with professional members representing a wide array of careers in the dairy industry. The program is conveniently scheduled during the Annual Meeting lunch break on Monday. Participants will learn about careers in the industry, get useful tips on planning for their careers, and much more. Students are encouraged to dress professionally (business casual) and bring several copies of their resumes. Students should also plan time to visit industry representatives in the exhibit hall for information about internships and job opportunities.

Undergrads, with the day’s competitions behind you, take the evening off with a fun night in downtown Milwaukee! Ticket price includes a variety of heavy appetizers. We hope to see you there!

ADSA USD COMPETITIONS

We have several competitions at #ADSA2026 for USD Dairy Clubs!

Clubs wishing to participate in the competitions during the meeting should use our entry form. 

  • The competition entry deadline is May 1, 2026. Please note that entries received after the May 1 deadline will be accepted, but clubs will incur a five-point late deduction on their Outstanding Chapter Award Scorecard.
  • Schools should review contest information and sample scorecards (see below) for each competition before finalizing their entry form.
  • Some contests require the submission of additional forms and supporting materials to complete the entry. These additional materials should be uploaded by 11:59 p.m. CT on May 1, 2026 (link coming soon!).

HOTEL RESERVATION DEADLINE: WEDNESDAY, MAY 27, 2026

Hotels will fill up fast for #ADSA2026; we recommend booking early!

Cancellation policy: Reservations canceled within 48 hours of arrival will forfeit one night’s room and tax.

Multiple rooms: For reservations of more than 10 rooms, please request the sub-block agreement from Morgan Montgomery.

Book

ADSA will never contact you directly about booking a hotel room. If someone calls you about booking a hotel room, they are not from ADSA and are not a legitimate source for booking your hotel reservation. To avoid problems or potential loss of funds, book your reservation online or call 414-935-5940.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To be eligible for a refund of meeting registration fees, requests must be received in writing. If the request is received on or before June 1, 2026, the registrant will receive a 90% refund. If the request is received after June 1, 2026, NO REFUND will be issued.

The cancellation/refund request deadline applies only to meeting registration fees. No refunds will be issued for ticketed events that are not cancelled by ADSA. Ticketed events may be cancelled by ADSA if minimum attendance requirements are not met. Should ADSA cancel a ticketed event, refunds will be issued for cancelled ticketed events.

All approved refunds will be issued after the meeting in the form in which payment was made.
