ADSA 2026 Ice Cream Competition | Entry Form

Put your flavors to the test in ADSA’s second-annual ice cream competition!

ADSA 2026 Annual Meeting attendees will be able to sample two-ounce portions of your creamery’s signature and vanilla flavors during the afternoon ice cream break on Monday, June 22, 2026, and vote for their favorites in the #ADSA2026 app! A panel of judges will taste and evaluate the vanilla flavor as well.

The signature flavor (people’s choice) and vanilla flavor winners will be recognized at Tuesday evening’s ADSA Awards Program.

We ask that each creamery

  • Donate a minimum of nine gallons of each flavor: a vanilla (for judging) and a signature flavor (for people’s choice judging)
  • Ship the ice cream, in accordance with food-safety best practices, to the Baird Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin (all vendors are responsible for covering their shipping fees)
  • Submit the following after receiving confirmation that your creamery has been chosen to participate:
    • a food license,
    • proof of liability insurance,
    • each flavor’s ingredients list (vanilla, signature, and any additional flavors donated), and
    • a completed sampling-permission form for authorization to distribute food or beverages not purchased through Levy, the exclusive food and beverage provider for the Wisconsin Center District (WCD) (ADSA will cover the sampling fee).

If your university creamery is interested in participating, please complete the following entry form before Wednesday, May 6, 2026, and look out for a response from ADSA within five to seven business days of submission.

Please note that ADSA can only accept eight participating creameries. These will be chosen on a first-come, first-served basis.
