IMPORTANT: You must be registered for the ADSA 2026 Annual Meeting to complete your presentation upload.
Poster presenters: You must print and hang your poster and present it on your designated day (Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday) in the exhibit hall. Posters must be mounted by 6:30 am and will hang all day. Posters must be removed by 5:30 pm on Monday and Tuesday, and by 3:00 pm on Wednesday.
If needed, a FedEx Office Print & Ship Center is located down the street from the Baird Center at 312 E. Wisconsin Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53202.
Locating the Correct Poster Board
We are not using a coordinate poster system at #ADSA2026! Your poster number will be the same as your corresponding abstract number noted in the program and meeting app. Please note that this number is different from your abstract tracking number.
Refer to the map in the Program at a Glance (either the print version or in the app) to locate your poster board location, which will be marked with placards noting each poster number. As noted, each poster board number corresponds to the abstract number as noted in the program. Poster numbers are preceded by a letter that matches the day you are scheduled to present.
For example,
M for Monday posters,
T for Tuesday posters, and
W for Wednesday posters.
During the meeting, all posters will be mounted and displayed in the exhibit hall for public viewing. The presenting author must be in attendance during their assigned poster session.
In the app, you’ll be able to click on a poster presentation number you’re interested in—marked with a pin symbol—and the app will drop a pin on the map to the poster location.

Meet Milwaukee
The Midwest’s Coolest City. America’s Most Underrated Destination. Vogue magazine calls Milwaukee “the Midwest’s coolest and most underrated city.” These are just some of the fresh headlines celebrating Milwaukee, a destination moving boldly forward with undeniable flavor.
Across the city, culture shows up everywhere with live music, theater, local shops, and a dining scene built by chefs pushing what’s next. From a classic Friday fish fry to something entirely new, every neighborhood brings its own perspective.
Discover the Dining Scene and Local Favorites
Cheese curds have long been a delicacy throughout the state of Wisconsin, but Milwaukee has made them something of an experience. You can find fresh squeaky cheese curds, fried cheese curds, and everything in between. Try the uniquely Milwaukee pancake-battered cheese curds at Black Sheep MKE in the Walker’s Point neighborhood, or stock up on dozens of varieties from local creameries at the Wisconsin Cheese Mart.
While you’re in “Brew City,” check out the expansive beer garden, restaurant, and scenic rooftop of our event partner, Pilot Project, which is a test kitchen for brewers that offers unique options you won’t find anywhere else, from tea-infused India pale ales to funky hard kombucha to tried-and-true American lagers.
Or explore Best Place at the Historic Pabst Brewery, and find your perfect pairing with a beer-and-cheese tasting tour at Lakefront Brewery. The Milwaukee Cheese and Cocktail Bar by Hill Valley Dairy also offers handcrafted cheeses and expertly mixed drinks, with viewing windows into their cheese factory. Take in a different kind of brew with a traditional fire-brewed root beer from Milwaukee’s first post-Prohibition brewery, Sprecher Brewing Co.
Although nicknamed the “Cream City” for the city’s distinctive cream-colored bricks, Milwaukee boasts a wealth of creameries (and the most frozen custard shops per capita!). Grab limited-edition ice cream flavors at Cedar Crest, sample fresh-daily cheese offerings from the Clock Shadow Creamery, and taste-test custard offerings at Wisconsin’s oldest custard stand, Gilles Frozen Custard.
Make the Most of Your Time in Milwaukee
Explore icons like the Harley-Davidson Museum and Discovery World, or take a short walk to the nearby Deer District, Milwaukee’s hub for sports, entertainment, dining, and nightlife. Swing by the Deer District Farmer’s Market before the Annual Meeting kicks off on Sunday, June 21, to peruse offerings from more than 100 local vendors.
Take a break to unwind at Milwaukee’s Lakefront: pick up some local cheeses and snacks from the Milwaukee Public Market, then enjoy a picnic at Veterans Park, visit the North Point Lighthouse and hit the golf greens at Lake Park, or relax and enjoy panoramic views of the Milwaukee skyline at Lakeshore State Park. Greater Milwaukee participates in the nonprofit bikeshare system, Bublr Bikes, so hop on and take advantage of the many local biking trails. The Lakefront also features walking trails, public art, the McKinley Marina, and the Milwaukee Art Museum.
One of the biggest events in Milwaukee in late June to early July is Summerfest: the world’s largest music festival. From June 19 to July 4, the Henry Meier Festival Park hosts hundreds of musical acts—including alternative, rock, country, R&B, pop, reggae, and more. If you plan to extend your stay in Milwaukee, head to the Throwback Thursday event at Summerfest on June 25, when admission is only $5.00!
