DOWNLOAD THE PROGRAM—ONLINE OR VIA OUR APP

Access the complete meeting program via our app to browse sessions, build your schedule, take notes, network, and more.

Download the mobile app in the Apple App Store or on Google Play, or use the web platform. Enter “ADSA26” once you’ve downloaded the app on your device to access the meeting.

You can also download and launch the EventPilot conference app, then search for “ADSA26.” If you previously used this app for a different conference, click “More” from the home screen, choose “Find Event,” and then enter “ADSA26.”

If you are unable to install the mobile app, web versions are available for desktop/laptop and mobile devices. There may be slight appearance and functionality variations between the mobile app and the web versions, and the web versions require continuous internet access.

Maps and NAVIGATING THE MEETING

We will have two convenient places to access maps: a printed program-at-a-glance you can pick up at registration, and interactive maps in the #ADSA2026 app.

In the app, you can click on the room of any session you want to attend, and the app will drop a pin on the conference map to show your destination.

Complimentary Wi-Fi via the WCD WIFI network will be available for all attendees at the Baird Center, including session rooms and the exhibit hall.

Please note: You will be able to browse the #ADSA2026 mobile app even without continuous internet access, though the web versions require continuous access.

The convention center also offers a paid-access option for attendees who require faster speeds (e.g., to do more than internet browsing and checking email).

LOG IN & ACCESS THE SCIENTIFIC PROGRAM

Once registered for the meeting, you will use your ADSA username and password to access the meeting’s digital program through the #ADSA2026 app.

If you don’t know your username, you can look it up or visit adsa.org/forgot to look up or reset your credentials.

After logging in, you will be at the meeting home page—your “information station” during the Annual Meeting.

Navigate the Schedule and Meeting Content

The top blue buttons on the homepage help you navigate to the event programming, including the full program, special events, symposia and workshops, student events, social events, orals, and posters.

New this year, we also have a button to access the diverse contributions to the #ADSA2026 program. You can also use the “Search Everything” feature plus the keywords “diverse contribution,” to see the wide range of abstracts featuring

  • contributions from scientists from historically underrepresented backgrounds (past or present),
  • inclusive and equitable teaching practices, and
  • extension activities that address issues of social justice and empower agricultural communities of color.

The yellow buttons allow you to navigate by section (or content topics), abstract, or presenter.

FILTER Meeting Content

Once you’ve clicked into the content, you can filter further by day, group (programming with partner organizations and ADSA divisions), scientific section, presentation or event format, and admittance (ticketed or invitation-only events).

These additional filters are found below each event’s description in the #ADSA2026 app as blue buttons, or on the left-hand side menu in the app’s web platform.

NEW! ACCESS AND POST JOB ADS

Are you looking for a new role, or hiring for one? This year at #ADSA2026, we have a jobs section on the app homepage offering a place for employers to post job ads and for job seekers to post résumés, LinkedIn profiles, or describe the position they’re seeking.

You must be logged into the app to access the job features. If you don’t know your username, you can look it up or visit adsa.org/forgot to look up or reset your credentials.
